I want to try and find makeup that’s basically a blue version of what I have currently; Hard Coat Lip Gloss/B. I felt like trying something different for my avatar, but I don’t know where to search for such a thing. Can anyone help me find makeup that gives the avatar blue shiny lips?

I use Gaudy Makeup/C on my character. It takes the color of you innerwear but it has that shiny look you might like.
Other makeup that might be what you're looking for is Brightness Makeup and Plump Lips although Plump Lips is less shiny. They also both change color depending on your innerwear.

Ok so it’s either because my avatars eyes are too small, her brows are too manly, the cell shading, or some mixture of all three, but she’s sadly too manly

It's definitely a bit of a tricky face to work with but once you get the hang of it, it looks great.
