I've seen how other game did it, as a small circular gauge that fills up during down accumulation and then it depletes as down is happening if the issue is adding "more bars"
knowing down duration would be good too
considering every enemy is different AND downs have a minimum and maximum duration based on how long it's been since theyve last been downed (and the timer is completely unknown as is the down multiplier length as is the transparency of ANY of this in game)
