How do you do the sharp little touches left and right like that? My animations are just too long? Ive tried l1, normal left stick, r1 everything 😂

I think it really depends on the player to make the extra touches. They definitely need high reactions and dribbling attributes.

And then it's just timing, some R1 dribbling, some left stick but keep the stick close to the middle and time the R2/sprint.
