# slender laurel Hi everyone! We are pleased to announce that Gen 3 Databases are now available...

Hello,
Great news.
Regarding the new Gen 3 flavors : does saving plans apply to Managed Databases services as well ? Exemple : I have a 6 months B3-16 Saving plan with 5 machines. I order a Production Postgresql service with 2 nodes in the cluster. Do I get a 30% discount on the total displayed on the pricing page, reducing the price from 620€ to 434€ on a Production B3-16 Postresql cluster ?

The FAQ on the Saving plans page states : "Which products are eligible for Savings Plans?
B3, C3 and R3 instances (excluding Local Zones), along with services based on these instances, like Managed Kubernetes Service and Managed Rancher Service (Rancher OVHcloud Edition, Rancher Standard), are eligible for Savings Plans. More Public Cloud products will be eligible soon."

Thank you for the clarification !

Hi @sonic temple ! Thanks for your interest on our products. Currently, Databases offers are not yet part of Saving Plans but we do plan it for the next months.

@slender laurel Nice to meet you.
When i purchase a server in Singapore, there is a option of SQL server at additional cost.
Is that MYSQL premium?
