There is an issue with trying to open a ticket on say ovh.ie when you are a visitor from USA... (at least in my case) ... I am redirected to the ovhcloud.com support portal and my ovh.ie login does not work here. only my ovh.ca login works... However this is not good as I am not able to open tickets / respond to them via the support portal as I can not login with my ovh.ie account.. I had to manually go use the API on the website. Clicking links to view status of tickets in emails also end up loading to the wrong user portal. I think GEO redirects are in place and it kills the ability to login to the OVH I need to login to.

Hi, there is currently a workaround. You can try to open a chat and they will give you a link to open the new ticket section.
