Can I buy an OVH VPS server without a distribution/pre-installed operating system?
Is there a documentation and guides for installing your own operating system and Windows license on their VPS servers?
If i bought a wrong VPS like ubuntu can i switch it to windows?

When you order your VPS, you have to choose a distribution.
I am no expert on this, I dont know.
After the vps is delivered, you can always reinstall a new OS on your Dashboard. Windows is available on some VPS (not the cheapest ones) but usually with an additional fee.

If he is able to mount custom .iso's he should be able to install windows.

i can't reinstall my server from linux to windows server.
is ovh disable this option?

Do you have a VPS Starter ? Windows is not available on this product
