I have been waiting for the release of a vps for more than 72 hours and so far I have not received any response from the support group, they asked me to send my identity documents and they have not responded yet. I asked for the cancellation, he doesn't respond either. Is there a way to manage either of the 2 things? or the return or release of the vps?

If you are asked for validation, it may take days depending on queue
If you have then requested for refund, this means it might take even longer as the ticket would be moved from account/safety team to billing which likely has its own queue.
Sadly there is not many ways to speed up validation. The best would sending clear proof in format that was requested and then calling them asking for speed up which might or might not work.
There is a lot of automation involved for sure
You should only spam it when the ticket is assigned (someone has responded). Otherwise you are just taking the last spot again lol
