Better handle on drama

Okay there NEEDS to be more drama control. There's a group of people who just love making me feel uncomfortable and makes me hate being in the server and attack me unprovoked. If you need names I can provide them in dms but this is why I've left the server a few times already. It really sucks because I try to ignore them but they attack me anyway

Our team identified the server culture can lean towards something like this:

"you're in company where people are being jokey in a kind of uncomfortable way, so to fit in, be equally rude back (rolling over will make them be mean more)".

This can definitely be entertaining in some scenarios like with Neon bashing (Neon is in on the joke), but it's a good reminder for myself that I should ensure this doesn't get excessive and that no one is feeling uncomfortable because of it, and warn the community to dial it back when it leads to discomfort and exclusivity.
