It all started from the

Great Slowdown (the time when chat cooldown got introduced)

The server had many fights and the staff used cooldown to slow stuff down to make the chat less "chaotic".

BUT THATS WHAT THE STAFF WANTS YOU TO BELIEVE

The CKA got threatened by the FBI to put cooldown on the server. Why? Because they couldn't process all of our chaos properly to gain information from students.

Then Max the creator of the bots joined the FBI and made the cooldown permanent!

Slowly FBI agents infiltrated the servers and now they are gaining information about students they could normally get.
