#Bot not responding to commands

I am able to get my bot to login, and send a message to a specific channel in a server saying that it's online. However when I try to run a command that I have coded such as ?hello, I get no response from the bot, nothing in the console, and no alerts in VSCode 2022. I have declared the appropriate gateway intents also.
First 3 images are of my program.cs
The next is the command for ?hello
and the last is CommandHandler.cs

did you enable the Message Content in the discord bot portal? its a privileged intent

This is supposed to be a sort of game bot with timed events. Also I know some people who don't update discord and are stuck back when slash commands weren't a thing or on mobile when they didn't work

honestly i dont think you should care about those, people who still cant use slash commands most likely use a very old modded client thinker
