Netdata unable to connect to Cloud on install | Netdata | Page 1

Hi,

I'm trying to install Netdata onto a Proxmox hypervisor, the agent seems to install (and start) normally but won't connect to our cloud account.
Tried this on over a dozen hypervisors all in different locations/networks, so something is going wrong somewhere. Does anyone please have any ideas?

Hi @still robin,
It looks like agent was not correctly claimed.
Which agent version are you trying to install and how are you doing the install?

I'm using the command shown when adding a node through Cloud, I've tried both stable and nightly. I've also tried different rooms and resetting the token, to no avail. wget -O /tmp/netdata-kickstart.sh https://get.netdata.cloud/kickstart.sh && sh /tmp/netdata-kickstart.sh --stable-channel --claim-token <snipped> --claim-rooms <snipped> --claim-url https://app.netdata.cloud

I just ran the same command and was able to claim a node without any issue
could you share the output of this command with me as a private message
