Sub torpedo shotgun

I am so frustrated with small stelth subs sneaking up on my sub and spaming all of their torpedos in my face. Even if you notice them, you cant di mutch since they are faster moving forward than you are backward. And subs like the yasen just lack the torpedo stopping power to go toe to toe with even lower leve subs. How do you even defend yourself? Most of the time it resoults in both you and the other guy dying

u can use the decoy in the rear of the sub and surface to eliminate all incomming torps or put decoy in the side

So send a decoy from the back of the sub to left or right, surfice so your at a diferent elevation? What do you mean by put decoy in the side? Like shooting it from the front to the side? The problem is that the torpedos are so quick. Ill try the surface ing thing to. Thanks!

like pull the decoy to the side back of you and surface [for front decoy] , back decoy send it simply surface up and surface down soon as possible so u dont get sniped and defend urself by using torps

they are annoying but with the new nerf you can kill them more often. you need to keep sensors on and have decoys ready. also helps a lot to be surfaced. i know being surfaced and having sensors on goes against being a sub but its the best way to counter them. hopefully you see them before they shoot and you can decoy/torp and ram.

also with yasen it doesnt hurt to send a few rocket torpedos ahead of you to see if there is any lurking.

i always have decoys ready and have a finger in the #1 key to quickly switch to torpedos.
