there's also an update for the navigation page (click the M button)
its pretty rough now
there's a 100% Chinese introduction page (which.. i don't expect anyone here to understand, but it has some cool html animations)
and a public asset folder, by several clicks you can download all ship textures and grey-scale image for terrain in my server to modify them yourself (like drawing a skin for a ship)
we encourage suggestions for new ships, and it might quickly get added to the next versions (normally one new version per every several days) if you provide nice, detailed textures
here is some advice for contributing to our server (machine translation of my chinese forum)

@pastel patio the server locates in china and it might unavoidably be laggy for other areas. by my observation the rtt is normally below 10ms if the player is in the same city with the server, below 80ms if in china, and below 300ms outside china. in your case connection is weak so even textures arent loaded. there's little i can do now sry! things might be better if the game gets hosted on some other servers in the future

When you click on the learn more link in-game, it takes you to the Oberon wiki page, not the Odin.
The specifications also match up with the Oberon class
Odin class submarine for instance had a maximum depth of ~90 metres, but both Oberons and the ship in game have a maximum depth of 200.
The Mk 24 Tigerfish used by the Oberon in real life was wire guided for the first leg of its journey

Mubai would it be possible to add a typhoon class submarine, because there aren't any high lvl subs and the typhoon has plenty of info on it and won't need as much detailing as a ship let's say

typhoon has 20 missiles, ohio has 24. the typhoon is twice the weight though
Missiles aren't the only factor, what matters is their payload
the typhoon missiles are significantly larger
Also the missile has several warheads in it
so does the ohios...
the ohio per missile, per warhead is 100kilotons and there are 8 warheads in a missile and 24 missiles
the typhoon per missile per warhead is 200kilotons and there are ten warheads in a missile and 20 missiles
so 19.2 megatons vs 40 megatons
the typhoon packs more than 2x the punch
if u want to look at it that way, there are 18 ohios vs 6 typhoons
also blast yield for r-39 is 100-200 kt, not simply 200
what im saying is, the typhoon is only so big because the soviets couldnt make a smaller missile
technology wise, its worse
additionally, tridents can have w88 warheads
which increases poewr by a lot
w88 was not standard equipment on all ohio class submarines firstly
yes and the ohio's is 0-100 with its standard warhead
the russian missile was able to carry not 0.8 megatons but 2megatons of nuclear warheads with a longer range than the trident
Technology doesn't matter here, it's not an attack submarine, it has better missiles and twice the nuclear mass
Also all Russian nuclear submarines can now be equipped with hypersonic missiles as well but that isn't relevant to the discussion right now

Nah how I you guys know all of this stuff
some fire mode locks for touch screen players (single is the original one, salvo means firing all stuff of the chosen armament type, burst means fire everything on ur ship, pay is spitting coins)
we have some updates **pending **now. cuz there's a fundamental change of game mechanism which made all ships in the original mk48 unusable
(im experimenting AP HE SAP Torp and armor of different thickness at different positions of the ship, 100% mimicking world of warships)
so updates will be pended until i add more new ships
Here are some of the updates pending
Q key for burst firing, E key for salvo firing
release signal smokes to reveal yourself to everyone
each shell in the turret is loaded independently (in original game, turrets loading one by one just doesnt make sense)
coins/oil will not boost reload
in original game, touchscreens cannot make G5 reverse. i enlarged circle HUD of small ships and this is enabled
cancelled some audio effect, such as the 1 minute beeping when u turn on the radar and saw hundreds of bots
add the \t private chat command
terrain at far distance is also synced with players
add shovels to dredgers and ice dredgers
F104 Star Fighter
Some other new surface ships
B52 with airdrop coin supply boxes
the Scanner can no longer see every boat/aircraft in the entire map, and can only see the radar dots for distant objects
new AWACS for that purpose:
E2 can see the entire map after taking off (replaces radar ships)
E3 is E2 upgraded, with an additional electronic jamming function, which makes other radars fail within the jamming range
AA, Sam, Aam's proximity range is reduced
weapons cannot bomb terrain (except bombs/nuclear bombs)
reduce the size of aircraft icons in ship menu
ads from the original mk48 are removed
damage of aircrafts drowning/boats' collision with terrain is reduced
could you add the tu-160 as well? as another bomber
and will the typhoon be a problem?
tu160 is one of my future plans
typhoon and other modern subs need more consideration (game balancing)
