Myself and BlackdeatH have discussed at length about the inability to see individual score when in a fleet. It becomes a guessing game when you want to load a ship. (plus it would be quite nifty if you could also see your fleet contribution to the overall score of your team.)
Plus when fleet members are just there for scoreboard glory and not contributing, you can easily see by their individual score and tell them to be a team player or replace them with a more willing player.
