right now I can barely see beyond my own ship (the ship takes up around 25% of all the view range) which makes it fusterating to play as its hard to see where the opponent and you are. Improving view range would also prevent people from getting offscreened by a sudden lazer or fast drill ship before you can react.

view range alone is pretty bad. even with a fast ship, small ships have very limited vision. big ships especially fast 25x25 boxes have close to unlimited view range.

small ships are fast yea, but by the time you notice you are going straith for the 25x25 box you are already dead

A 25 by 25 can instant kill like any ship bc they can't see it
