think the problem is sq dosent wat it to be rng the factor of the game. and specific shells could work but we would need to find a ship that actually uses them that has a spot in the game itself

fire doesn't necessarily mean rng
rng doesn't necessarily mean I don't want it
but it would remove skill it would make old players not like it and wouldnt fire just deal dmg with a chance of being put out?
Mb the shells would be a lvl 10 thing, each the tick it deals damage with a changce to be put out of 40% for a maximum of ____ ticks
