Sorry about the images, the watercolour is really just a reference for potential colours. I do think El Plata would work well for the game however. It’s an Argentinian ship, probably level 1 because of its low speed (9 knots), the slowest in the game. Its guns are muzzle-loading, giving them a slow reload. For a level one ship, it’s pretty tanky. The thing that makes it unique however are the fact that its cannons are 229mm, which could even put it up into tier 2.

Is a 229mm shell being used by any ship? Because you could take a bit of creative license and make it stupidly good beyond all common sense.
