The victims will suffer LIFELONG trauma because of him, not to mention all the delulu fans who side with him and call the victims liars, and NCT will forever have to deal with the stigma of having someone like him in their group. Imagine going through the difficulty of training, being separated from family etc. to accomplish all that they have, only to have this be the forefront of what their group is known for. Taeil's actions have harmed SO MANY, especially the victims.

I saw this too ataeyongheadache thank you for sharing here. To summarize Taeil and the other suspects were formally charged/indicted by the prosecution on February 28th. The police asked for an arrest warrant back in June but the court denied it. Probably because they felt Taeil and the other suspects were cooperating and weren’t a flight risk.

They asked Taeil to come in for more questioning in August but he declined for medical reasons. haechandeadinside

Since I can't post a link to the article I'll just type it out (I got flagged for language). He basically pleaded guilty to grape and prosecution is asking for 7 years in jail for each of the perpetrators (his 2 accomplices)

In my opinion 7 years is WAY TOO SHORT. He should get so much longer but unfortunately the South Korean legal system is terrible with these types of cases
