so if i buy the dlc i'll get the mangwan rider cosmetic pack too, or any mangwan body paint/hair/cosmetics or i'll have to buy them seperately?

The mangkwan clan cosmetic pack does not come with the From the Ashes expansion unless you purchase the Complete Edition
