So, ya know what is keeping the fandoms alive? HEADCANONS!

*We all love to create little stories or theories about the world of Avatar, or some personal info about our Sarentu's.
Some are funny, some are tragic, some are created as an answers to questions that Cameron did not answered yet.
Also, most of them are made as a placeholder for our own little fanfics and we don't want to be judged by giving a whole story about mole on left Sarentu buttocks.
(Don't be shy, we are all mad here). *

So, maybe I will start with something non spoiler'ish and something I already talked with someone.

In my headcanon, I believe that Eywa is some type of fungus, that is not native to Pandora; that's why she created rules that mirrors early human advances - No use of wheel or you cant put a stone on a stone (Something that kickstarted our civilizations and doom of Earth).
This highly intelligent fungus manipulated and guided the naturally occurred evolution of the planet, to make animals and plants easy accessible for her own survival. Thats why, She is neutral to every being on the Moon, She just want to 💅 slay and thrive 💅

I have a slight headcannon for my main save gal. She loves old school nightcore and edm from hacking into archived files from soilders. It’s my current lil running joke haha

My Zey'at named her ikran Carol after one of the very few positive experiences she had at TAP. I headcanon that Mercer was absolutely tyrannical about who the TAP kids could talk to - practically no one, and no one could speak to them.

Carol was a supply pilot who was checking her flight recorder footage of a curious ikran following her scorpion.

Carol steadfastly "didn't notice" the entranced Na'vi kid watching over her shoulder as she spent far longer reviewing the footage than she needed to, zooming in on the cool bits, narrating to herself. Sharing the awe of flying, at risk of Mercer biting her head off.

I genuinely wish we had a answer to that. Like are Sarentu ones that have blue eyes because even the reef na’vi don’t have that blue. Like even it’s so pastel it’s almost white I love it but I wanna know why.

I think its due to how mixed the Sarentu blood is mixed in itself, it most likely means that they mated with different clans to get those genetica

But I actually maybe like that? But I also see the mixed blood being the more likely answer. Several arachane talk about loving a sarentu so maybe it seams the sarentu took mates while traveling?

Probably yeah, explains why we have paler and darker skint tones to choose and different eye color

Probably they changed the eye colour's somewhere along the way of production and forgot to update the concept art.

But now Im thinking a little bit about marriage in Sarentu clan.

What if in Sarentu, the concept of marriage was more loosely and there was no concept of "child outside the wedlock"? As if someone would bring a child fathered/mothered from someone outside it was still welcomed as Sarentu?

Most na'vi are monogamous. So they would have mated with an outsider yes, but the child would be Sarentu+ whatever culture the other one is and wouldn't really be '' out of wedlock''.

I think young Na'vi would make a game of wrangling small boulders from the Boundless Range that barely support their weight. Kind of like trying to submerge a basketball in water - trying to find a piece of magnetized rock just right to hover on

My na’vis name is pa’lek hes 26. His clan was the Kata’wa clan in the northern hallelujah mountains, they died from RDA aka tap, tap tried to take kids for “school” he fled with his brother dying in his arms..And he watched everyone die trying to fight and save the children, but the children were caught in the crossfire of the chaos and only he survived with tamek his ikran, he went to the western frontier and met Itu. Itu became his mate after three years of knowing each other, they were both men so they couldn’t have children of their own but they adopted a orphan from the zeswa clan which they now stay at.

I enjoy theorizing about the Pandoran equivalent of Australia, and what directions animal designs would go in to make them alien. A red desert and floating red mountains - too dry for stabilizing vines, so they crack around like a terrestrial meteor belt. Vast desert, monotone deserts, and then vivid narrow gullies of life and water. Oases with giant crocodilian guardians. Lakes with algae coatings that completely conceal hunting crocs. And I think the kangaroo type creatures could go smaller than real life.

Technically kiwi - Pandoran equivalent of New Zealand would just be more forest with giant flightless birds that are lovable, but kinda useless at being birds

Hm. New headcanon. Zey'at accidentally broadcast human rock music to a field lab sound system instead of her earpiece and her brand new ikran got into a territorial screaming match with the speakers while she fumbled to turn it off.

New headcanon spoiling for the quest, the fog || the sarentu and they sister’s dad was one of the first to die and yell to protect their kids. He died reaching for his family || and he had blue eyes like his kid or kids
