Ok! I figured out the amp quest

It can be done on both Amps and Exos, but the finishing shot has to hit the human

For me it also worked when I blew up the thing on the back of them (the things that glow yellow when using ur senses) I guess bc it kills the human instantly? Does anyone know if it works if you pull the human out of the suit as well ?

Is there a bug for the octofin fishing in spires? i get the exquisite hoping for the legendary fishbone and it always says my pouch is full when clearly theres 10 spaces open? but when i try and pick up the crappy purple ones it lets me??

It's so frustrating. The daily quests give me something to do and aim for, and unlock cool cosmetics every week. without them, because I've completed every other task in the game, I kind of just explore aimlessly or not even want to play. I've started a 2nd save but the daily quests don't work on that save either.

yeah, I got a very similar issue with support.

me and hundreds of other players get the daily quest bug
to report a bug you have to literally open a support ticket with them as a "my game has an issue". there's no bug report forums or form.
I open a ticket and explain the issue with repro steps etc
get an automated email saying they got my email
took them 13 days to get back to me, and the response was an automated response asking "are you still having this problem? this ticket will auto-close in 2 days if you do not reply"
so I reply and say "yes im still getting this issue"
2 days later, I get an actual human-ish reply thats clearly just using a mass template with "have you reinstalled the game, have you updated drivers, have you verified files" etc. all of which I explained I already did in the original ticket.
"this ticket will close in 2 days if you do not reply and we will assume the issue is fixed"
I miss the email response window because I was busy and it gets auto closed

Create another save and try it on there, that's what worked for me. Another solution I've heard that may also work seems to be to get another player to invite you to their world and then try to accept the quests at their Kukulope.😅

Even if there are workarounds (which I appreciate you mentioning because GOD that is nice to know) its frustrating that a MAJOR game mechanic is so fully broken that it’s just completely non functional.

Ubisoft has always been horrible at putting out polished work. But players really shouldn’t have to press buttons in a specific order, dance to shakira, and spin around 12 times to accept simple quests. Ugh!

There's actually quite a few mistakes where I think they just didn't double check it

Is it just me, or has anyone else only ever been getting 1 weekly challenge? Last week I only had 2 weekly challenges, and this week it's just a single one.

I had 3; that one plus kill 10 feral thanators with the spear and harvest 5 exquisite blood resin

Arg. I wonder if it's because I progressed my save game too far. I have that frustrating bug where my 100% completed save file isn't able to accept daily/weekly challenges at all.

I created a new save and got to about 30% story completion so I could access the quests again, but seemingly I can't do them anymore on this save now either.

I almost wonder if there's an issue like, if you've accepted a challenge in the past, and then didn't complete it, the game thinks you still have those quests and they don't properly clear from your log.

Just really frustrating. I WANT to play, but it feels like the game doesnt work half the time! I tried reporting a bug for it, but they automatically closed my ticket! D:

did some math and Kukulope has, since launch, offered 135 of the 150 cosmetics that she can hypothetically currently offer. A clean 90% right there. I own the same set of items, with the exception of having the vengeful warrior ankle instead of the kame'tire shrouded trinket.

I have 90% of the items that I could get through Kukulope, and the paint from some character sets. The remaining 57 items, right now, would still cost me 85 USD. Some paint, weapons, skins, and clothing is valued higher than the entire base game

That had to be awful. Because of the field I studied I worked with graphs and curves and had to create many myself from data gathered throughout one or max two days and keeping track was hard. You have to be really organized and dedicated to keep a tack for so long and so well. So the dedication itself is the main reason why I find this so impressive

The common thought is that it's random, but my data has an impressive amount of uniformity. I suppose that's to be expected with a large enough sample, but ~150 items doing this with only about 300 slots since launch smells of significance

And by uniformity I mean that chunks of items have at this point appeared certain numbers of times with few exceptions. Sets from launch are getting into round 4, the first ikran skins have mostly been in twice, and post-dlc sets are still making the first round, with most at 1 or 0

I'd have to dedicate some time to dusting off the corner of my brain that did stats to actually make a call

I feel like it's like flipping a coin twice and getting heads and tails. It's not an unexpected outcome, but you have an equal chance of getting homogenous faces. I think we could have had rotations that feel biased because the sample is still small, but we haven't

I'd wanna run a test before defending any of that though. One thing you may realize in your class is that statistics is not very good friends with human intuition

Nope, the sarentu stuff are considered premium cosmetics, so kukulope wont have them.
Same thing goes for packs such as: storm chaser, child of two worlds, forest guardian and resistance set

I went down a rabbit hole of combinatorics and ended up adapting some r code posted on stackexchange. I determined that Kukulope's shop is a variation of the "coupon collector problem."

If I've understood the variables I need to properly, then I believe that, if her shop was truly random with every item having an equal chance, on average, it would take 270 weeks to see 126 unique items.

That's how many we saw in 46 weeks.
