@lean merlin for some reason @halcyon cape is getting sub esquisite materials even with perfect gathering bonus and gathering bonus? any ideas? such as poale reed, hes not getting 81, getting like 64?

the game wasnt registering the buffs. when we logged back on the buffs were being str

stange. seems to have fixed it and now the buffs are applied as normal they max quality is back to what it shoudl be
