Many mods are great, but it depends a lot on how much the author was willing to put effort into them, and also the limitations we had before
Editing normal maps can be a lot of work, so many modders don't do that. And since models couldn't be edited before, some mods haven't been touching the body for example, as the clothes that were overriden were thicker than the mod's

I used ibis paint for the editing. and used the picture of Sylwanin as a inspo to it. then took Pics of my sarentu's hands to make the multiple different hands, added a bit of Aha'ri's face. Made sure it lookes good or was satisfied with it as I then used lightroom to make the sharpen, contrast, and details before using a TikTok filter to make the photo look like a old picture 💗👀 before I went on my console for the background and looked up examples for the like turn picture or exit (for example resident evil)

Its not a shirtless mod, its actually a shirteed mod but I found a glitch(?) where it only makes it the top part. It's called "Feather and Bone Top" on Nexus. Once you download it, if you have the Hell's Gate Veteran top, when you equip it it results in shirtless
