Its a Samson!! Sometimes (in the plains) after you take out the two and land on the platform, a third will show up. If you stay on the platform, it’ll use a spotlight to see you before it fires on you! Though it has to be at night

As for the second one, you can kind of abuse the idol animation technique if you’re holding your weapon while crouching when you enter photomode. Just cycle through the poses and go back to none, and it’ll occasionally glitch and show your character drawing their bow!
