Yeah I’m playing a game to enjoy it. But if it isn’t enjoyable what’s the point of playing it at that point? For example, I tried giving path of titans a try to play something new but official servers were awful. Chat was racist (not actually kidding) and people would kill you on sight as a new player/baby creature. You have to grind to grow but every time you die you lose a lot of progress (not a little I mean hours of progress). I get there should be stakes and punishment for add pressure for a survival game but it was poorly done. And KOS is normal in PvP I know but it’s different when it’s a not well designed pvp experience. That and the toxic community it was just a flat out no for me at that point.

I did find today’s article interesting. Especially when speculating if we get to ride a thanator or not. If I had to guess it would be tied with the Kame’tire clan. As the game informer article from today described them as “moody, suspicious, and a bit brutish compared to the other two clans, they are not eager warriors.” Additionally, they noted that Massive was very “cagey” about sharing the specifics about this clan. And considering each clan teaches you how to master a mount I wouldn’t be shocked if they taught us how to bond with a Thanator.

Their hunters also would attempt to tame them

the only mention of riding thanators is in the non-canon section of their clan wiki, hopefully we get some more information in the future from the films or comics

Well the fact there is a season pass means they are going to support the game for quite awhile so it is possible for them to add content like more creature mounts and regions
