The same glitch happened to me too in the tower, but not for every fight, so I don't know what triggers it (sorry I didn't record the fights)

A few videos of the glitch I saw in the tower of fortitude, in case it helps the devs identify the issue.
I think there might be several bugs.
One of them is linked to Chip's blessing. When killed under the healing blessing from Chip, he transforms to Franck, gets healed, then instantly reverts to Vector.
The other bug might be linked to being killed by 2 hits at the same time (for different ennemy).

Note : after trying a few times, this bug doesn't seem to appear in campaign or against the dragon !

I faced again a couple of occurrences of this bug in the last days after the fix patch.
It is definitely happening less, but the bug is still there in some circumstances.
I don't know exactly what makes it happen though.
