Hi,
I've been tracking my sw pulls last few months, because i was worried that the real chances for 20 and 10 shards are lower than the game shows, and now i got to 500 pulls (50 x 10 pulls).
My results are:
10 shards drop rate is 2,6%
20 shards drop rate is 1,4%
5 shards cant be really tracked as we are getting them basically gueranteedly.
I would love to report this as a bug for further investigation.

I know 500 pulls is not a big cohort, but still i would expect numbers to be closer to what game shows. 😅
Also i know that few other players have the same feeling about lower odd rates for sw.

Each attempt is an independent event, like flipping a coin. The fact that you got fewer than 10 or 20 shards than expected in theory does not indicate an error — it is statistical variability.
The basic principle: each result has the same chances with each call, regardless of previous attempts.
Example: if you have a 1% chance of something happening and you have made 500 attempts, this will give you an average of 5 successful outcomes — but in practice, you may get anywhere from 1 to 10-15. This is normal for small random samples.

I know its a small sample, but I just feel like its not just coincidence that i got less than average for 10 and 20 shards... my feeling are based on a long term sw pulling which I sadly haven't tracked yet. 😕
I will keep eye on that and we will see again with 1k pulls 🤓
