Cards dont appear once taken

It would be a nice mod to have where if you take a card, that card will no longer appear for anyone else, basically one time pick, there been situations where all 3 of us got abyssal sniper etc or other cards, just be nice if possible

do you know if someone will pick up the rarity change mod it was deprecated but when trying to use it before it causes insane lag, there are some cards we wish had diff rarities and we would like to change some
