ohhhh i got u now, english is not my 1st language so i missunderstood u a bit. mb. so there is always a lot of players that would like to go tank with a bunch of regeneration, becoming unkillable and if they fall to a certain HP, the executioner would kill them instantly and the "tank" problem will be easier solved. the reduced range is just because of executioner being a melee guy irl and reducing the range is just to mimic the real meaning of him. more gravity and less movement speed is because his axe for executing is irl pretty heavy so thats for that. more damage is because axe is heavy and heavy stuff usually do more damage than light stuff irl.

How does that work with dot? Doubt it does anything but does timed det work, could be interesting
