I feel like that would be way too op, just in general even with taking double damage if you are already being one shot, then taking double damage wont even affect them, but also if you have alot of HP and just have lifesteal or healing and some DOT buff, and those double, but you take double damage It wont affect you really at all.

To be fair, swap It is a little too over powered in general, the debuff doesnt really balance out the positive and it would just end up like Barrett 50 cal, where people would just disable it from games, It could be made a little more debuffed by adding nulls for example, but the double damage isnt really a nerf, for some builds it could just make them stronger.
