If you have, well, a life, you probably would benefit from therapy. I was going to say “if you have any diagnosable disorder” but like, you don’t need a disorder to experience grief or stress or other completely normal things

And having someone to vent to who is completely on your side and there to help you make important decisions about your own values or whatever is REALLY USEFUL 😂

My goal for the last like month has been to work on some goal-setting stuff with my therapist because I have some big projects I’m scared of, lol

but instead I have been deluged but a lot of unrelated, vaguely or explicitly traumatic stuff and having someone to vent about that to and feel like I am heard has been worth its weight in gold

And we will still get back to goal-setting eventually

A good therapist should be able to help you start somewhere. Some therapists and methods start with your life story & family history. Others start with any pressing issue you currently have and work from there. And then many do a bit of both to begin!

Second the praise for therapy!! It is so so nice. But also sometimes it’ll take some time to find a good therapist. I’m on my fifth one now and finally think it’s a good fit. Some people find a good fit on the first try, but either way it’s worth the hassle. I used Grow to find a good one

After further investigation and following consultation with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, IMPD arrested 38-year-old Mark Sanchez for his alleged role in this incident. 
Sanchez was arrested at the hospital for battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle and public intoxication, all which are misdemeanors.
All involved parties have been identified, and no further individuals are being sought by detectives.
