to set this theme, go to settings, themes tab and click on explore github themes
look for the above theme and install it

so ive already got it but id also like to make it brighter

when you're in theme settings, click on the button that says open themes folder ( normally present in %AppData%/Cider/Themes ). Once you're in there, look for the folder that has the files for this particular theme / last modified theme if this one the one you downloaded last. Replace the pre-existing index.less with one of the ones i've sent, they're have different intensity

Is it possible to change the opacity in the settings so that the custom image looks brighter? I have a manga panel as a custom image and looks dim.

Remove background-color from #app-main
If you want it to look more brighter, remove background-color from #app-content
MORE BRIGHTER? remove background-color from .app-navigation
