Local Files completely switching to a different artist?

I've already tried clearing cache and reformatting the album but as seen in the video attached it keeps on switching to a different artist whenever show the whole album but keeps on the miniplayer

that's just apple doing apple things unfortunately, their apis are extremely buggy as local files are mostly an afterthought from itunes days now
