I have the problem that i cant sign in. I´ve tried various things. Such as deleting all files and installing them again twice. I´ve also tried to update cider. But nothing worked

if you click hamburger menu top left you can update and it will fix it

[fixed] same here. Updating the app give problems on PopOS (Freedesktop 24.08 not found, but its the're). Update: I tried flatpak install cider-linux-x64.flatpak --user and that works! So default installation is system context, and than it cant find freedesktop platform because its installed in the user context. Thanks to Isaac McFayden.

lunar bough I have a similar issue with Windows 11, trying to log in but I get a blank page

latest version works fine on Linux (Ubuntu latest LTS) but Still not on WIndows 11.
I've installed the standalone version from itch.io (2.5.3) and connected successfully to Apple. I 've cancelled the update process in app and kept version 2.5 for the moment.

My Windows is a corporate laptop, so might be restriction due to coporate software but an older version works fine on the same laptop ... 🤷‍♂️

You need to update the app through the in app updater.

the standalone version I've downloaded from itch.io is too old, and when I download the lastest I am not able to connec to my Apple account.

I think I'm gonna wait for a newer version on itch.io or maybe have a look into the nightly or alpha from Github ?
