Window api for plugins

The ability to pop out and manipulate windows from plugins would be sick, ex. Creating custom mini players, widgets, etc. dunno how hard it’d be to expose the .net apis for that tho

Or alternatively just allowing c# dlls to be loaded alongside cider

Probably easier and way more versatile

Allowing the injection of arbitrary DLL files into Cider doesn’t seem like a secure thing to do.
