Export library or playlist as text or csv file

I didn't use apple music for a a couple months like a year ago and my all songs/playlists got wiped. Same thing happened to a friend of mine the other day.
An offline backup of either of those in case something gets deleted (especially for those hidden gems) would be cool.

We can't save the actual audio, but are definitly able to save playlist data and what not
