Qwik Deployment in Appwrite Sites

I got qwik running on appwrite sites.

Awesome! I take it appwrite doesn't have a Qwik starter

or at least not yet

Issue is with open-runtime they first have to add it, so that appwrite can implement a starter. Might make a PR there, but for now this satisfies my use case.
