MDX css

I'm intrigued by the MDX ability in Qwik but in my very basic tests it needs a lot of styling to make CommonMark look like familiar flavors of Markdown. I'd like it to look like GitHub for example or GitLab and I'd like to add syntax highlighting. Is there an example around for adding these features.
