delete both spotify folders the local one and romaing thing

and reinstall spotify again

tried it. deletd the local one, then roaming. reinstalled. and then did spicetify and unfortunately didnt work. tried it twice and it didnt work. unless im doing something wrong

uninstall spocetify and delete them again
