where am i supposed to find the config.ini file? sorry if its a dumb question but i cant figure out a way to access that at all?

you don't usually access it directly, you edit it with the terminal

say you wanna change your current theme for example, you just run spicetify config current_theme theme_name

then spicetify apply to apply changes

so you don't need to know where it is
