Spicetify marketplace download problem

I install spicetify on my computer, when I try to install the marketplace I get this error

you installed spicetify from the microsoft store for sure

install it from the official spotify website

and try again

what spotify version do you have rn?

latest and installed from spotify website?

if yes, then you can continue

first check AppData\Roaming\spicetify and check if you have everything there

should look like this

now you have to open config-xpui.ini

now check AppData\Roaming\Spotify and check if you have all files there installed

should look like this

if you have this folder, then go back to config xpui and edit spotify_path and prefs_path

in spotify_path set it to the appdata roaming spotify

and prefs_path set it to appdata\roaming\spotify\prefs

should look like this

finally dont forget to save changes

CTRL+S or manualy File-Save

and then run spicetify install command again

and you should be good

I got the point of the config-xpui.ini file but mine is labeled as config-xpui without the .ini not sure if thats a problem or not, the inside of the file is the same though and the paths are correct..

just tried that, same error occured. I also went back and looked at your previous messeges and noticed that my actual spotify folder has nothing in it?
