ok, I have no idea wtf is wrong
install marketplace with this script https://raw.githubusercontent.com/spicetify/spicetify-marketplace/00987eb7deee5b0ab962a6b2db3b12633daacc7f/resources/install.ps1
or reinstall spicetify not as admin
