#Can You Get 10,000 Diamonds in 7 Days?
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
I think these are pretty good, mainly posting here to see if anyone has a better idea of how to display the scale of 10,000 diamonds, and maybe point out any improvements that could be made to the current ones
Packaging is fine. Idea is your problem
I don't think the idea is bad, especially if you actually accomplished that in the video
similar concepts worked for others. are you saying it's overused or why is it a problem?
What works today will not always work tomorrow
Youâre behind.
Itâs not an interesting idea anymore.
i mean most of them were about farming crops, so i thought doing it with diamonds would be different enough
but i guess you have a point
Yeah, actually I just searched it on Google and someone already did it (and probably better) so it's not a really good idea to do it again
It's quite the same concept
And the thumbnail is much better
So if you haven't already done it I don't think it's worth it to do it
For the next time, checking if someone already did you idea is kind of the first thing you need to do
To save you time basically
i know bruh
i literally searched the exact title and didnt find anything
thanks either way, you saved me a lot of time
Yeah, but you can't just use your exact same title, you have to also try to search for something more generic
I guess
I didnt think trying 15 different variations would change anything but aparently it did
I mean if anything Binnez try to do more
could say ur doing 1 mil
its taking their idea and doing more, and also you dont need to actual get 1 mill just show how far you get
and then you could copy that guys thumbnail or at least make it similar
He mines 100,000 diamonds in the same timeframe you do 10,000 lol @fervent light
You gotta up it to 1 million in 100 hours or 7 days
Reason: Bad word usage
Oh sh*t you already said it
Bigger is better strat đȘ
How the f*ck can you mine 1 million diamonds in a week lmfao
Solve it and you get views @fervent light
Two separate people thought about 1 million so that's why you should do it đ @fervent light
Bro bro bro bro actually do 10,000 diamonds title
Your goal = to mine 10k diamonds in 100 hours
Your conflict (the villain) = someone else mined 100k diamonds in 100 hours "fâąck"
Resolution / therefore = okay, I'll have to mine 1 million diamonds in 100 hours
You can BLOW the viewers away in your intro
Reason: Bad word usage
1 - confirm click "I'm going to mine 10k diamonds in 100 hours"
2 - introduce conflict "oh shâąt someone did 100k diamonds in 100 hours, now my 10k looks pathetic...what will I ever do! :'("
3 - resolution, end of intro: "guess I'll have to mine 1 million diamonds in 100 hours"
Now you start segment 1
Take the viewers on the journey of how the fâąck you're going to accomplish this impossible task (very important that you record the organic experience -- like legit show your research or math lol, make it feel like a thesis video if you need to.. as long as you have a villain, conflict and as long as you keep reminding viewers about him (tension = symptom/reminder of conflict), then they will continue watching to see if you triumph
@fervent light
Watch Technoblade's video on the Potato War, it's a great example of creating a villain to trick people into watching a video about boring potato math
absolutely obliterating my career by going on hiatus for a month just to ruin one guy's day specifically

@grizzled shale Example of writing with conflict (naturally--you should read through this stuff đ€·ââïž )
Sorry about the constant pings lmfao @fervent light
Plz watch Technoblade Potato War and take specific note of how he puts VOCAL emphasis on the villain. You can FEEEEL how personal it is
If you want 10k diamonds title to make a compelling video, then you want viewers to feel your emotion
You can't just record this in a normal voice
Plz cook
Plz đ„șđ
You could make a video so good rn
Take notes đ« @pulsar pilot
Binnez about to become your big brother đ
Storytelling GOD
"How to create anticipation" @frail parrot
Identify conflict ---> suspense until resolution = dopamine edging (ideally every segment should have its own mini goal, conflict and resolution, each firmly trying to accomplish the main goal)
You don't create conflict, it is already there. "What is resisting my goal?"
Perfectly done above
He doesn't need to explain "the stages" of the video, because the conflict is compelling enough @grizzled shale
This thread is a masterclass in storytelling lmfaaoooo
Who let bro cook
Listen, i appreciate the advice, and i know what you mean. Believe me, ive watched potato war 10 times
But if a video already exists with 100k and i have 10k in the title no one is gonna care
The only solution would be to use 1 million in the title
But bro i literally spent 9 hours/day mining with a giant redstone machine and got 11k
That guy got 100k in like half the time
I dont know how he did it, probably gonna watch it later, but either way its already been done before
So it's better just to move on
yea I think that would be the best option
take it as a learning point and move on
Lol why did he randomly mention you
Bro if you already did the video just upload it anyways
You have nothing to lose if it doesn't work
It's probably not going to work, but, again, you have nothing to lose already
Well, i kinda do
I mean filming it took like a week
But making the script, recording and editing takes like a month
So it's better to just move on
But 1 million will prolly be more enticing in title and thumbnail
Out of server conversation :')
Yeah but exceeding viewers expectations and blowing them away and introducing a villain -- in the intro, would go so much harder đ
10k --> villain --> fine, I'll do 1 million
Miles even remakes old videos and still gets big views
Minecraft is a big audience
Unlikely people are going to go "oh I've seen this before"
They especially haven't seen you before
Your job is to leave a strong impression, make them feel something
Oh well
We have a guy in general chat who filmed himself watching all of One Piece, that's over 1000 20 minute videos. WHAT'S ONE MONTH
I'm not tryna tell you what to do but "idk how to mine 1 million diamonds" + "I don't want to spend time" is exactly why you're going to lose
Because your competition will figure it out
You didn't even try

Minecraft players are literally making freaking orbital cannons that can activated from millions of blocks away đ
It's finally here, the orbital strike cannon Mk.6. After witnessing creators from lifesteal anarchy such as @OnlyASquid, @wemmbumc and @minutetechmc attempt world domination with my older designs. I was inspired to make a brand new design boasting an array of features to make minecraft's ultimate weapons platform. We make use of advanced technol...
Your video is great because it's hard sob
Maybe he can even do something crazier
like title could be I Mined Every Diamond on a server
cause i feel like seeing 10 thousands isnt a lot after seeing the other videos being recommended
he could also just use that diamond idea and make it different in some way
This guy did infinite gold but he only got like 1200 gold in total lmfao
I mean but itâs also in a tournament
Like maybe he makes something in an event
Adds some tension and enemies
Lol i just watched the myles video
And it was 100 hours not 100 days, he also had 3 people, and in the end he only got like 28k:)
Okay.. that's really not the same thing
I would actually have to film another video for a 30 day challenge to put 100k in the title
So thats like 60 more days includin editing
On a video that's already been done before
I really don't see any point in doing that
@fervent light you could put an impossible number like the 1 million, doesnât mean you have to get it
Or do 100,000 but put some twist on it
Or even your 10,000 and put a twist
Yeah, but if i know 100% from the start im not gonna be close to 1 million unless i do like a 6 month challenge, i really don't see any point in doing it
Then if you actually want to achieve it do a lower number like the 10,000 or 100,000
I think it would just be confusing honestly
The issue is itâs been done before
Big YouTubers would figure out a way to mine 1 million in 100 hours.
And if I saw it I wouldnât click because itâs not different or special in any way
I sent it because I think it's interesting he claimed infinity when he mined far less
And people still felt satisfied
The tournament doesn't matter.
Please stop talking down, its really annoying. Listen, i tested every single possible way to get diamonds, and im telling you with 100% certainty, you cant get 100k diamonds in 100 hours. Its literally impossible in the latest update.
I think what gigachad is trying to say is you could try and even if you donât get 1 mil it could still be entertaining
Exactly
Same thing with that guy who made 10 mil cookies or whatever
I like ur idea maybe diamonds just shouldnât be the focus
Its clearly just a joke in the thumbnail, not meant to be taken seriously
But if you want to try it youâll just have to try and make it different
That's conflict, tells a good story
Then go to older versions, that's what this guy did
"I can't win on this version, so I'll go back to older versions until it works"
As long as you're trying to accomplish the goal & you leave viewers in suspense, you've got a great video
I know what you're saying, but i really don't think it's worth it. Those type of challenges peaked like 2 years ago, so if you cant come up with something incredibly unique and creative, there's not really any reason to try
I really dont know why were still on this topic, ill just work on another video instead
Lets just move on bruh
Go do it then đ
In sales if someone hasn't walked away that means no doesn't mean no
Honestly, if you want to do it, do it. You could take our opinions but if you want to make the video then make it
We dont really know your audience so maybe theyâll like it
And when you make other videos, you should really include that conflict of trying stuff
You're leaving good storytelling on the table đ
I do agree with gigachad there Iâve made videos where I donât reach the goal but it still got really good views
I set a bunch of challenges at the beginning of the video but still got 270k even though I did only one lol
Good to know
Ight boss good luckđ«Ą
