Webcam suggestions?

I'm looking for webcams under $50, any suggestions in terms of bang for your buck? I'm trying to spend as little as possible while getting something half decent

Also, if you don't actually have an answer, please don't just comment "I heard this one was good", that happens a lot 💀

Take a DSLR and use it as webcam.

Good plan but the problem is the price

Then use a smartphone. Webcam image quality is so bad you'll regret your purchase, even the 4k ones.
