probably the third one, it seems like the woman in the thumbnail is actually doing the exercise, but they seem overcomplicated, like a simpler version of this thumbnail would be to make the woman do the squats with evident sweat and a calendar above showing the date like in the other two, the problem with the second thumbnails is that i have no actual clue what it's trying to refer to, same for the first, if you had put the calendar above while the woman below doing the
exercise you wanted, it'd make the clear implication while leaving curiosity for the viewer
