One thing that quite upsetting is that results don’t come from taking all that time and doing all those things. Doing those things can make it much bigger, but those first 5 seconds are so important it’s painful

the video itself isnt perfect, but its definitely not 80 views bad. meaning the main problem is the packaging. The title is a bit clunky, in my opinion "I Let AI Control My Productivity for 24 Hours" looks better. But I think the thumbnail is the real problem. It definitely looks good and pretty proffesional, but when you just look at it, there's nothing screaming "the AI is controlling my productivity". it honestly looks like the intro to a porno, so I would definitely sketch the thumbnail out better before spending time making it

Here are a few suggestions:

• Add visual anchors.
  -- Show what time it is when the AI gives you an instruction.
  -- Make text like "Mission: Cold Plunge" and then again make it get checked off when it's done.
  -- Maybe as you complete missions, show them getting checked off like a to do list. (You kind of do this at the end.)

These visual anchors will help people understand what's going on. What time is it? What's your goal? And more stimulus keeps people engaged.

• Add chapters and a description optimized with SEO search terms.

One thing I realized is that there's a lot of room to improve your Thumbnail and Title.

I was thinking about how your video was essentially, "I had the best day because I let AI manage me!" But your AI in bed with you looks a bit like a terminator, and the red eyes make it look bad. A lot of popular narrative right now is that AI is bad, and I've seen Karl (I think) make this video and he mostly suffered because of the AI. I think you want your hook to be defying expectations. And you want the AI to look less sinister, or, since it's already in your video as-is, figure out a way to make it more helpful/friendly/ideal looking in the thumbnail? Like, it's inhuman, but it knows what's good for you.

I'd want a title like:

Doing What AI Told Me Led to the Best Day of My Life

or

Why I Will Let AI Choose What I Do Every Day for the Rest of my Life

Say something shocking. Invite curiosity.

I think you could also really mess with expectations by dressing the AI up as a catholic priest and giving it a halo. I thought it was really lovely and vulnerable that you prayed on camera, and that the AI gave you the courage to do it. Religion is polarizing, but I feel like if you played with the theme in the video, those who are attracted to Christian iconography might be way more likely to click. Possibly a good A/B macro test.

@delicate garden hey man I read ur comments I can feel what u feel we're in the same shoe. The thing is no one cares if we're not productive no one gives a sh*t because let's face it no one knows who we are.
I'm gonna give u a big advice here the rest is up to u. U gotta have a road map or a strategy to build ur channel initially and make a name for yourself and then do these kind of videos. The easiest strategy that I have seen so far is to brand the vidi or attach ur idea or topic to a big name, as u said when Mr beast is mentioned people are more willing to watch.
Did u know that this was what MRBEAST used to do? I went back into his channel's early videos and found that he would focus on pewdiepie alot. U can check for yourself. Best of luck. 👍

Your hook was really good. But at about 50 seconds I was ready to leave the video. Nothing personal but idk you and so once the hook was over and it was just you in your bed, and you on the trampoline I was instantly bored. I think the pacing really switched from the intro into the video and I didn’t really know what to expect. I think if you had laid out a timeline or itinerary of what you were going to do throughout the day it would’ve been more compelling. Maybe show key moments from the video and tease what you’ll be doing. I think the idea is good for interest but I just didn’t have a good reason to stay to the end of the video

I watched the video and even if the hook is very good i feel like there are many things that got me bored. The first part after the intro is extremely boring, is very hard to find interest in watching you while you take some sunlight. The praying part i feel is not well delivered, it's supposed to be an emotional moment and i don't feel any.
You talk a lot about AI but we don't get to see it. It's just an abstract entity that you don't present in the video. It's pointless to analyze after 2 minutes coz at this point the audience is gone and there is no one left.
