#You're Walking Your Dog Wrong (which thumb do you prefer?)

Right because it looks like somebody’s walking a dog the other one looks like maybe they’re playing in the backyard or something
I would do a before/after left/right type format. If you plan on informing the viewer how to do it correctly it can help communicate what value the viewer gets in a faster way.
Both images you show have no relatability. A dog tugging on the leash would make more sense in this context
Thanks, Julius!
Great point on before / after!
Right
Thanks! We will probably A/B test that one and another currently in process.
running a test with this thumb now so we shall see how it goes
I don’t like the text
Also what’s the title
Thanks! Yeah, I'm changing the text. The title is "How To Stop Leash Pulling"
Title is ok, less appealing in a browse feed
Appreciate the feedback!
how did it perform @proper loom ?
We started off with the pixelated thumb above, but then switched it out to something different. The video wound up getting picked up by Google search and views have been consistent over time.
I agree on this point, the point is to show people that this video would be informative but if for some reason it looks too much ai, ppl might think it’s some generic ai stuff.
My advice would be to go on a text remover website (there’s a bunch), then remove the text from there cause gpt can’t remove text without changing the base image. Then use photoshop (if you have) or photopea (free web photoshop) to add a better font with complementary color, in that way it will be more visible.
