I personally think the thumbnail is a bit too dark. It's a personal opinion, becouse I don't from my experience if it works, becouse I have never made a dark thumbnail that has worked well for me

If your video is called "How You Are Being Brainwashed Into The Rat Race," your thumbnail should showcase something representative of that. I have no idea what the building in the thumbnail is supposed to represent. Also, the text that appears ("Rat Race") is already in the title, so you're not really adding anything (though I have to say it looks visually appealing).

and I agree with @fallow wolf, bright thumbnails usually work better than darks ones

Thanks for the feedback! I was tryna make a documentary style one, but I get it and will try the right color contrasts.

The building is a school. If it doesn't explain the title I would add some sort of human working on a child's head. Thanks again for the feedback!

Ya i had no idea that was a school. I get the documentary style thumbnail and actually think this captures that really well! Just ya - improve all those above suggestions :)
