I’ve just unlocked TikTok shop and requested some free samples.

What’s everyone’s experience with TikTok shop?

(Prefacing this by saying I’m not doing outright ads more like incorporating the products as a piece of entertaining content not just “buy this item”)

For example I have an idea where I use a speaker on TikTok shop to then do a “guess the song challenge” and potentially have some of the participants ad lib some “wow this sound quality is really good” so I can then cut them out for posting on YT/IG

Takes up to 7 days and it’s been about 3/4 so far

Yeah I mean one thing I won’t be doing is those ads where it’s like “if you don’t buy this rose on flash sale at £1.99 you don’t love your mum” type vids 😭😂

Well you can request free samples

So if I get approved of the free samples I can then make content with the sample (even like doing giveaways eg get these football questions right and I’ll give you this Liverpool shirt)
