#Hide and Seek in a School!

ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!
So I’m working on finalising a deal with my college to have the whole campus booked out for a day to do a hide and seek (and hopefully they don’t screw me over last minute cos we’ve been at this for months now)

This is gonna be a huge video to plan so I’m asking if as many people as possible can help me out with the planning phase!

Summary:

  • School Campus (decently sized)
  • 1 Seeker (me)
  • 40-50 hiders (not sure yet on exact number)

General idea is that all people go an hide across school (each with their own cam) in classrooms, eating areas, halls, etc and then I go find them.

Across the campus there are also going to be mystery boxes (think Fortnite supply drops lol) with prizes, buffs, challenges, forfeits in them (see attached).
So one thing I need help working on is what will be in the boxes (all ideas appreciated)

There will be teachers (hopefully a decent amount) to help with the zoning by process gradually making the area smaller (cos obviously)

Pretty much, if you have an idea for something I could include to make the video: TELL ME

Nothing is impossible (within reason)

This community has helped me get so far and I never would’ve been able to actually take on this challenge without everything I’ve learned over the past year here! 😄

PS - unless my school say no all of a sudden (which they shouldn’t do I’m like 95% confident they’re on board now) this IS ACTUALLY happening. So yeah this isn’t hypothetical tbh it’s already IN the planning phase

There’s a lot of things to think about

#
  • General video structure
  • Mystery Boxes
  • Other activities around site (eg leaving basketballs on the court if people get bored/entertaining for comedic relief etc if video gets dry cos I’m not finding people)
  • Costumes - I’m thinking get all participants to wear white shirts and black trousers so it looks like school uniform (visual cues + schemas etc)

I’m okay with being on calls and helping with prep case. I have some pretty solid people that might be willing to consult on some areas

I would also request people participating in planning be vetted. Experienced creators only 🫶
